Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across various business functions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referral channels
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organisational fit
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements
Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and end-to-end recruitment process tracking
Monitor recruitment performance metrics and prepare reports to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
Support employer branding initiatives including recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and candidate engagement activities
