Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a high-energy, systemic Senior HRBP to lead our Dubai operational hub from 0 to 250+ employees. This role is for a site caretaker with a strong ownership mindset and someone who maintains operational order across 40+ nationalities, independently resolves complex employee relations (ER) cases, and seamlessly cascades global HR processes locally.

• Partner with department heads to scale the hub from 0 to 250+ employees, managing organizational structures and succession planning for our distinct brands.
• Deploy initiatives to embed corporate DNA across a multicultural office of 40+ nationalities, targeting an eNPS of 70+.
