Senior Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resource Manager will lead day-to-day HR operations while providing administrative support for the company.

Responsibilities

• New Talent Identification & Acquisition; assisting with creating and posting job opportunities, candidate sourcing, interviews, reference checks, employee offers, while also working closely with Management at all levels to identify talent and develop growth pathways
• Support in scheduling and delivering new hire onboarding training sessions, and collaborate closely with Executive leadership & payroll to ensure new hire onboarding is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintaining accurate personnel records filing, managing sensitive and confidential information and being a point person for inquiries for HR related information and issues.
• Processing Atlantic Immigration Program applications & additional IRCC documentation, and employment letters.
