Senior HVAC & Lighting Technician RLP

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Overall responsibility to ensure Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and lighting systems are maintained and upgraded as required for Mesaieed.  Responsible to initiate and follow up on the necessary improvement HVAC and Lighting Projects.  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Routine Duties

• Ensure Preventive Maintenance of all HVAC / Lighting equipment is performed and report issues to the superintendent


• Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and acknowledge drawings, understands recommendations, review spares.


• Implement routine and unplanned maintenance activities in compliance with Life Critical Procedures, Tenets of Operations, plant policies and procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
