About the role

Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level IT support, both on-site and remotely, for all users of Sulzer Ltd, primarily within the assigned region and, if required, across other regions
• Monitor and maintain the entire local IT infrastructure, including desktop and mobile Windows devices, MFPs, company-specific hardware and software, user and access management, servers, network components, etc.
• Install and configure end-user devices, including mobile phones
• Handle hardware procurement and inventory management
• Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests within 2nd-level support using standard IT tools
