Senior Industrial Engineer

**Position Overview**

This role supports Burlington Stores Supply Chain organization by leading and contributing to initiatives that improve productivity, reduce operating expenses, maximize throughput, and enhance workplace safety through data-driven reporting and analysis. Serving as Burlington Stores subject matter expert in labor management, the position provides guidance and policy recommendations to Distribution Center (DC) leadership across a national logistics network. The role partners closely with DC operations leadership and supports complex, cross-functional projects and ad hoc assignments aligned to business objectives. Responsibilities may periodically require night or weekend work based on operational needs.
