International Motors is seeking a seasoned Senior Information Systems Manager to lead all aspects of Information Technology for the Huntsville Powertrain Plant and to serve as a critical ambassador between Manufacturing and Central IT. This role is the single point of accountability for plant IT, ensuring manufacturing has the stable, reliable, and responsive technology required to meet production, quality, and safety objectives. This role represents manufacturing priorities within the enterprise IT organization while also translating enterprise IT strategy, standards, tech debt needs, and capabilities into practical, value driven solutions for the plant.The IT Site Manager balances near term operational stability with longer term digital manufacturing initiatives, ensuring technology investments are appropriately prioritized, sequenced, and governed to deliver measurable business outcomes.
