Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Information Technology)

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving customer IT infrastructure environments. The role requires strong hands‑on experience in UNIX/Linux, Wintel (Windows Server), VMware virtualization, and Backup Solutions, with exposure to solution implementation and acting as a technical escalation point.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain UNIX/Linux and Wintel (Windows Server) environments
• Administer and support VMware vSphere / ESXi platforms
• Manage and monitor backup and recovery operations (on‑prem and cloud)
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Act as Level 2 / Level 3 escalation for infrastructure‑related issues
• Assist in infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations
