Senior Product Insights Analyst – Digital Bank (Credit Cards)
My client are building a next‑generation credit card product across Asia and Africa on a modern global stack — and they're looking for the analytical leader to shape its success.
This isn’t a reporting role. You’ll be the product intelligence engine , owning the narrative behind every decision: activation, spend, repayment, retention, portfolio health. Your insights will directly influence strategy, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.
- Technical toolkit: SQL (expert), Python/PySpark, Databricks, Mixpanel, BI/visualisation tools
- Analytics depth: funnel analysis, cohort evolution, hypothesis testing, A/B experiments
- Domain expertise: credit cards, lending, BNPL or personal loans; strong grasp of revolve rates, vintage analysis, ECL contribution
