Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Bankruptcies.Ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and compliantly from initiation to closure.Preparing reports and documentation for creditors’ meetings and liaising with stakeholders throughout the insolvency process.Providing guidance and support to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and understanding of insolvency practices.Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures.
