Senior Instructional Designer (K -12 US Curriculum)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development and review of

K–12 digital

instructional content for

U.S.-based clients . The role requires strong instructional design expertise, experience working with

U.S. curriculum standards , and the ability to collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and curriculum leads.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong writing skills, storyboard development capability, media planning expertise, and a clear understanding of standards-aligned lesson development.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Review and Quality Assurance
Review and write (if required) lessons developed by SMEs for instructional flow, clarity, and alignment to

U.S. K–12 standards
Identify instructional gaps and recommend improvements
Ensure alignment between learning objectives, content, practice, and assessment
