About the Role

Westland Insurance Group is searching for a Senior Insurance Advisor for our Cochrane, ON office. This is a hybrid role.

Compensation

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $24.30 to $30.38 per hour based on a 35‑hour work week. Pay will be determined based on qualifications and experience while considering internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products.
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection.
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
