Hastings Insurance is currently seeking a Senior Integration Developer that will play a key role in enhancing and supporting the integration of our core Property and Casualty systems. This position blends technical design, hands-on development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of mission-critical software initiatives, including system modernization. It’s a highly visible role with opportunities to partner across departments and contribute to long-term architectural solutions.

Location & Schedule:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role offers flexibility and may be performed onsite in Hastings, in a hybrid format, or fully remote.
