Senior Interior Designer

Stantec’s Boston office is seeking a design-focused, client-facing Interior Designer with strong experience in multifamily housing, including market-rate residential, senior housing, and/or student housing. This mid-level role is suited for a professional with 10–15 years of experience who is passionate about design excellence, collaborative leadership, and working directly with developer clients.
Your Role
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of multifamily projects, contributing to and helping lead design efforts from early concept through construction. Working within Stantec’s integrated architecture and interiors practice, you will collaborate across disciplines while maintaining a strong design voice and an active presence with clients.
