+ Collaborate with and/or manage teams to generate and develop design concepts

+ Clearly communicate design concepts visually and verbally to teams and clients

+ Develop those design ideas into life

+ Have a passion for programming, planning, materiality, detailing and furnishings   

+ Manage and mentor team members from concept design through construction administration
