Senior Internal Recruitment – Mining TP Human Capital

TP Human Capital is partnering with a North Queensland mining organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Internal Recruitment professional for an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.
 
This is a Townsville-based, Monday–Friday role with occasional site visits, so candidates must be open to travel and staying on site as required. Mining recruitment experience is essential, and candidates must be proficient in SEEK and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement.
About the Role

• Full-cycle recruitment for operational, skilled, and leadership mining roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to plan and fulfil workforce requirements.
• Manage multiple roles efficiently in a fast-paced internal recruitment function.
• Support occasional site visits to engage with site teams and stakeholders.
