Job description:

Product Management & Development

• Manage the lifecycle of CMI's Internet, IPT, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connect and AI Connectivity portfolio within the APAC region.
• Develop and enhance product capabilities, features and service offerings based on market requirements and customer demand.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and technology assessments to ensure product competitiveness and relevance.
• Work closely with HQ and internal stakeholders to define product roadmap, policies and operational processes.
• Support new product introduction, customization requests and strategic investment initiatives through business case analysis.
• Ensure product specifications, service descriptions and operational documentation are maintained and communicated effectively across APAC.
