Senior IT Business Systems Analyst - ERP

We are seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support our digital transformation and our continued shift toward a cloud‑first architecture. This role reports to the Business Systems Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance business and manufacturing processes to optimize workflow, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Serve as the primary IT representative for your site, ensuring clear communication between IT and business teams.
• Train end users, conduct testing, and provide guidance on improving Dynamics 365 Manufacturing processes.
• Manage and resolve support tickets for both site and global teams.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
