Senior IT Engineer: Escalation & Modernisation

Talent is seeking a Level 3 Engineer in Auckland, New Zealand, to provide advanced support across various platforms and technologies. The role involves being the escalation point of onsite engineers while working with vendors to resolve critical business issues.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), application packaging, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with ITIL frameworks is a plus. Only candidates based in New Zealand will be considered.
