Senior/ IT Executive

Managing and overseeing the hotel’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring their reliability, security, and functionality. The role involves supporting the hotel’s technology needs, managing IT staff, and ensuring all technology solutions align with business goals and guest satisfaction. The Senior IT Executive will work closely with other departments to optimize technology tools and systems for operational efficiency and enhanced guest experience.

Tasks/ Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Corporate IT Manager to implement, upgrade, and manage IT systems in line with corporate standards and strategies.
• Liaise with all stakeholders concerning their Information Technology requirements and needs. Identify, evaluate and recommend enhancements to systems and report on progress.
