We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Project Lead with Scrum Master expertise to drive agile adoption and lead delivery of complex, technically driven initiatives. The role requires guiding teams with low agile maturity, establishing structured ways of working, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
