This position is collaboration and link between DSV’s customers, DSV’s business functions and the regional and global IT departments reporting into the Team Lead of Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Delivery.
Tasks and responsibilities:
STRATEGIC / TACTICAL
Deliver end‑to‑end Change Requests (CR) for WMS configuration and reports, from intake and impact analysis through implementation and closure Establish and enforce CR governance, standards, and best practices (scope of control, estimation, approval, delivery, and handover) Enforce standards for WMS configuration and reporting (naming conventions, versioning, data definitions, performance considerations) Ensure CR delivery adheres to ITSM, security, compliance, and audit requirements
