Senior ITAM Analyst

**_This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in_** **_a Raymond James office location three days per week, with at least one of those days being a Monday or a Friday._**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Controls, tracks, and updates the receipt, identification, categorization, recording, and documentation of all IT assets for all hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud assets.
+ Support in defining, managing and governing IT Asset Management Processes for Raymond James, including: Software Asset, Hardware Asset, Asset Disposal, Asset Audit
+ Hardware / software internal record keeping.
+ Act as point of contact for Asset Management escalations from the end users.
+ Experience with ServiceNow’s HAM/SAM modules preferred but not required.
