This position is dedicated exclusively to managed services support and ongoing operation. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in CNC administration, automation, system resilience, and ITIL-driven service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & System Administration
Own day-to-day operations of multiple JDE Enterprise One instances across Development, Test, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.
Perform advanced CNC administration tasks including multi-environment package management, object lifecycle management, and ESU/Tools Release maintenance.
