Senior Key Account Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account Executive to drive sales growth and manage strategic Modern Trade accounts within the FMCG industry . This role will be responsible for leading a sales team, managing key retail partnerships, and executing sales strategies to expand market share. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in key account management, trade negotiations, and team management .
Responsibilities
Manage and grow key modern trade accounts including major retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, promotional campaigns, and trade activities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and retail partners .
Negotiate pricing, promotions, trade agreements, and product listings with key accounts.
