Opportunity Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
A tertiary qualification in either Chemistry or Microbiology, or Chemical/Process Engineering or a related qualification is preferred for this role.
Previous Key Account Sales experience, having worked within the chemical, detergents, disinfectants, biocide or related industries, is essential.
Previous experience in managing senior Key Accounts in the manufacturing industry is essential.
Must have strong negotiation skills, with a focus on the total cost of ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing and driving Distributors and Key Accounts on a national basis expanding their portfolio of products and customers within the chemical manufacturing and related industries.
Developing and executing sales strategies for both formulators (detergent/disinfectant) and large industrial chemical and related clients.
