Senior Laboratory Technician- Production

Your Role:

Based at Newstead and reporting to the Team Leader Production you will be working in the Liquid Despatch Lab as a key member of the Semen Production team.

This role is responsible for carrying out key semen‑processing activities to meet despatch deadlines.

You’ll also take on a leadership role in supporting and coordinating seasonal staff—helping maintain smooth, efficient operations during peak periods.

Your Key Focus:

• Staff supervision, training and maintenance of staff training records.
• Assist Team Leader Production with recruitment and rostering.
• Quality control and compliance.
• Liquid Semen Allocation of LIC’s LLL products.
• Meet daily operational despatch requirements.
