Full Time Senior Lead Fine Art Technician Description The Senior Lead Fine Art Technician acts as lead art handler, working with and supervising art handlers in the field while providing a high level of service to our clients. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail-oriented team players with prior experience at a museum, gallery, or other art handling company. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: All paperwork when on site, including all condition reporting for artworks Ensuring that the vehicle used is always safe, clean, and prepared for the day Maintaining stock for commonly used materials and verifying stock for specialty items as required Training less-experienced art handlers Working closely with Project Managers to create installation plans and estimates Assisting with special projects, including fabrication of custom hardware, panels, and woodshop support If there are no installs on scheduled workdays, in-house shop projects will be assigned.
