Senior / Lead Solution Manager for GenAI in Banking

We are seeking a curious, hands-on, and tech-savvy individual to join our dynamic global team as a Senior or Lead Solution Manager. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and AI technology: identifying opportunities, shaping AI-enabled use cases, and driving implementation within core banking processes like accounts, lending, and payments. You will primarily work with senior business and product stakeholders and with technical teams (AI engineers, architects, developers), understanding business needs, deriving requirements and translating them into business and technical designs.

Success in this role requires hands-on experience and strong knowledge of current (Gen-) AI technologies and methods (e.g., RAG) and a clear understanding of how AI can create business value in the banking industry.
