What The Role Is
CSC's Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD) exists to actualise the potential of leaders and agencies across the Singapore Public Service. ILOD is now looking for an experienced Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our Leadership Development team that creates learning experiences and other developmental interventions to support the leader growth journey of middle managers and directors in the Singapore Public Service.
What You Will Be Working On
Managing leadership milestone programmes and other leadership development courses: At appropriate junctures in their leader journey, our leaders attend selected milestone programmes to learn and grow during such leadership transitions.
