Senior Lease Operations & Compliance Lead

ALDAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily leasing documentation and compliance activities within its retail portfolio. This role requires collaboration between tenants, legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure effective leasing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in retail, including 2 years in lease administration, with proficiency in Yardi Elevate.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must for this dynamic role.
