Senior legal consultant

Job Responsibilities:
Real Estate & Property Legal Advisory:
Provide expert legal advice on company transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing, RERA compliance, and development agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate key property-related documents such as Mo U’s, sale deeds, lease deeds, conveyance deeds, and development agreements.
Regulatory Compliance & Approvals:
Ensure compliance with Maharashtra state real estate laws, RERA guidelines, DCR (Development Control Regulations), MRTP Act, and other local municipal regulations (BMC/MMRDA).
Assist in obtaining legal clearances and approvals from relevant authorities (e.g., SRA, MHADA, BMC, RERA).
Title Due Diligence & Documentation:
Conduct thorough legal due diligence for land and property acquisition, including title verification and encumbrance checks. Prepare detailed title search reports and identify legal risks or red flags.
