Senior Legal Counsel

Role Overview

Assisting the Head of Legal within a fast‑paced sales‑led business. This principally involves leading the negotiation and drafting of customer contracts; working closely with the EMEA and US Sales team. Interpreting the legal and contract responsibilities of the business and assisting in their implementation. Negotiating, advising and assisting in supplier agreements. The role also includes working alongside the Compliance, InfoSec and data protection teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting the global sales team in new business activities, including assisting in the RFP process and initial engagement with customers.
• Negotiating and drafting contracts with prospects, customers, partners and vendors, requiring an understanding of the business requirements and consultation with key stakeholders such as Service Delivery, Compliance and Marketing.
