Job Summary

As a Senior Legal Counsel within the Global Blue Shift4 Legal Services Team, Europe, you will act as a trusted legal partner to the business, supporting Shift4’s continued growth across its expanding European operations. You will provide practical, risk‑aware and commercially focused legal advice, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted legal partner to the business, providing risk‑aware and commercially focused advice.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, security, compliance and other cross‑functional teams to support complex commercial negotiations across Shift4’s international operations.
• Support the Deputy General Counsels, Europe, in handling day‑to‑day legal enquiries from all European business units.
