Senior Legal Counsel

Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.

For our client, an international insurance provider, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support for an initial duration of 3–6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate insurance distribution contracts, lead generation agreements and contracts with payment providers
• Provide legal advice on matters such as distribution, cross‑selling, licensing and territoriality
• Conduct legal feasibility checks
• Review insurance product documentation at FOS level, POG and customer sales journey
• Draft and review insurance policies, IPIDs, and supplementary documentation as well as customer communications

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 8 years of legal experience
• Strong background in insurance law and products
