About the role

RWE Supply & Trading’s (RWEST) Legal & Compliance Team is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Legal Counsel to support its Energy Transition Investments (ETI) business, with a focus on M&A, joint ventures and corporate law matters in the context of Private‑Equity / Venture Capital type investments and RWE group strategic equity investments.

You will report to the Head of Legal ETI who is also based in London.
