Senior Legal Counsel (Hybrid)

Our client is an expanding digital entertainment and content technology business, operating across borders with international partners and stakeholders.

We have created a new role as the first dedicated in‑house legal hire, to lay the groundwork for contracting and IP governance. You will work closely with leadership and commercial teams to introduce practical, business‑friendly legal structures in a fast‑paced setting. The role is hands‑on, focusing on commercial agreements and IP/trademarks.

• Commercial contracting (primary): Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including SaaS, technology contracts, SLAs, NDAs, partner arrangements, and vendor/services contracts.
• IP & trademarks (critical): Manage day‑to‑day IP matters, including trademark portfolio work (filings, renewals, watch services), IP clauses in commercial deals, licensing and usage permissions, and coordinating enforcement acti...
