Senior Legal Counsel - Insurance and Risk

In this
position, you will serve as a subject-matter expert on the law of insurance and
the interplay between insurance coverage and contractual obligations such as
indemnity and warranty. You’ll provide counsel on legal topics related to
insurance and risk management in support of the worldwide activities of Siemens
Energy, Inc. and all US-based Siemens Energy businesses.

**HowYou’ll Make an Impact**

+ Supportnegotiation of customer and supplier contracts by reviewing, drafting, andnegotiating contract provisions related to insurance, indemnity, warranty, riskof loss and other provisions pertinent to property/casualty risks
+ SupportUS Litigation team on insured matters, subrogation lawsuits, and mattersinvolving potential insurance coverage issues for involved parties
+ Adviseproject teams and Legal colleagues involved in project implementation on legaltopics related to insurance to ensure proper handling of in...
