• Provide end-to-end legal advisory and risk management support across the Group, delivering practical, commercially aligned counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements — including SPAs, JVs, leases, and financing documents — ensuring compliance with Malaysian law and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
• Lead legal due diligence and support corporate exercises such as M&A, restructuring, and fundraising, while liaising with external counsel, bankers, and regulators.
• Oversee dispute resolution matters, manage panel solicitors, and proactively mitigate legal exposure through robust governance, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
