We are seeking a Senior Consultant level consultant with deep expertise in Change Management and Adoption to support high-impact transformation initiatives across life sciences organizations. This role is ideal for candidates coming from Big 4 or top-tier consultancies who want to combine structured change methodologies with hands-on client leadership to drive measurable adoption and sustained business outcomes.

You will lead change and adoption workstreams across digital, data, and operating model transformations, partnering closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and long-term behavioral change.
