Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Litigation Lawyer to join a leading law firm in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters, leading high-performing teams, and advising clients on strategic dispute resolution across a broad spectrum of contentious matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex litigation matters across various forums, including High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with clients' commercial objectives and risk considerations.
- Oversee all aspects of dispute management, including pleadings, evidence, legal research, hearings, and case management.
