Opportunity Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced onsite IT support, including deskside, walk-in, floor, and VIP support.
- Handle complex L2/L3 technical issues and escalations across devices, operating systems, applications, and workplace services.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, device deployments, and workplace transitions.
- Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, including laptops, peripherals, and printers.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and IP-related problems.
