Senior Logistics Executive

The Logistics Executive supports the Centralised Services Department in managing the day-to-day facilities and transport operations of the Board's premises. The incumbent will oversee facilities maintenance, contract and vendor management, and the coordination of shuttle bus services across PUB installations, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.

• Facilities Management and Contract Management
  • Manage the facilities maintenance schedule, prepare monthly performance reports on FM services, and attend monthly meetings with FM contractors.
  • Plan, facilitate and execute improvement projects related to facilities management or services.
