Senior M&E Project Manager

Senior M&E Project Manager – Cambridge – £100k plus package.

We are seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager with a proven background in Building Services and the M&E sector. The role involves managing a M&E team, overseeing self‑delivery and specialist subcontractors, and ensuring all Health and Site Safety requirements are met on a large commercial offices project (approx. £60 M).

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MEP team and coordinate with self‑delivery team and outside subcontractors.


• Ensure compliance with Health and Site Safety protocols.


• Use IPAD with Fieldview software for reporting (advantageous).

Requirements

• Established Senior M&E Project Manager with industry experience.


• Industry recognised qualification.


• Previous M&E fit‑out project experience (advantageous).


• Experience working with IPAD and Fieldview software (advantageous).
