Senior M&A Associate Director - SEA Cross-Border Deals

JAC Recruitment is seeking an experienced M&A professional to join a leading international financial institution's Southeast Asia team in Singapore. This role involves supporting and executing M&A transactions from start to finish, performing financial analysis, and assisting with client materials.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of relevant experience in M&A or investment banking, along with strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Exposure to healthcare, consumer, financial institutions, and fintech sectors is preferred.
