Job Summary
This position performs journeyman-level work and participates in mechanical and electrical repair and operation and machinery and participates in the carpentry operation of University buildings areas, equipment, including light wood construction, hanging and finishing sheetrock and painting. As needed, this position performs landscaping, moves furniture, and coordinates with other trades.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Supervises, coordinates with other trades, and participates in electrical and mechanical repair operations to University equipment, and HVAC building systems.
