Senior Maintenance Technician - Infrastructure

We're looking for a trade-qualified and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to help lead the maintenance and operational performance of RealNZ's diverse infrastructure assets. Based in Te Anau or Queenstown, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance across our infrastructure portfolio.

You’ll take ownership of maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Working closely with contractors and internal teams, you'll bring a practical, hands‑on approach while providing technical leadership and mentoring to our wider infrastructure team.

This role includes regular travel throughout the lower South Island from Queenstown to Fiordland and Rakiura supporting the infrastructure needs that enable RealNZ's unique experiences.
