Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

This role requires a seasoned professional with CA qualification, solid knowledge of accounting standards, and a robust understanding of regulatory compliance within the banking or NBFC sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse financial responsibilities effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports according to IGAAP and Ind AS with detailed notes and workings
• Preparation of annual financial statements including notes, schedules, RBI & Ind AS disclosures
• Preparation of quarterly financial statements as per SEBI LODR
• Monthly Ind AS workings (EIR, ECL, lease accounting, ESOP, borrowing cost, etc.)
• Accounting and reconciliation of co-lending, ARC & NCD transactions
• Timely preparation and filing of DNBS 01 & DNBS 03
• Maintain control over Financial Statements and General Ledger; lead GL clean-up initiatives
