Senior Manager, Advisory Services

Lifelong Learning Singapore (LLSG) offers career and skills advisory services to the Singapore workforce, working in collaboration with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Workforce Singapore (WSG) and People's Association (PA) / Community Development Councils (CDCs).
You will support the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of advisory services by driving data management and reporting, stakeholder management, content development, partnership engagement, and budget tracking. The role serves as a key link between HQ, SkillsFuture Advisory (SFA) teams deployed at CDCs, and external/internal stakeholders.
Your area of responsibility entails the following: 1) Data Management, Reporting and Insights Consolidate, validate and manage SFA workshop and related operational data submitted by teams across all CDCs and present monthly and quarterly reports for management and stakeholders.
