• Collaborating with high-level teams across UA, Game Teams, Ads, and Finance to share actionable strategies.
• Balancing your time between guiding your team and working hands‑on with your own data analyses and models.
• Connecting our technical data engineering and ML teams with business partners to help our studios thrive.
• Encouraging a forward–thinking culture that explores how AI tools and automation can improve daily workflows.
• Participating in business unit planning to deeply understand and care for the analytics needs of our games.
